Mouna Al Ibrahimi has a diverse education history. In 1992-1995, they attended Ecole Mohammadia des Ingénieurs EMI, Rabat, where they obtained a degree in mechanic. Following this, they pursued an MBA at ISCAE from 1998-2000. In 2002-2003, they furthered their studies at OFPPT / France Telecom, earning a Master's degree in Euro Master in TELECOM/GSM. In 2004-2005, Mouna became certified in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management through the APICS - CPIM program. Lastly, in 2016, they completed the Supply Chain Excellence Program at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Additionally, Mouna has obtained certifications such as Train of Trainer from APICS in October 2019, and they are also a CPIM (APICS) certified professional.

En 1960, Feu Abdelaziz Tazi crée une première unité industrielle baptisée Atlas Plastics et spécialisée dans la production d’articles variés en plastique. Cinq ans plus tard, Richbond SA vient s’ajouter à cette première unité et connait, elle aussi, un franc succès. L’intégration verticale de Richbond SA lui a permis de couvrir, dès les années 80, diverses activités allant de la filature au matelas en passant par le tissage et la fabrication de mousse. Ensemble, Atlas Plastics et Richbond SA ont formé le noyau dur de ce qui deviendra plus tard Richbond Group. Ce dernier a ensuite élargi son activité pour couvrir plusieurs branches, allant de l’ameublement à l’immobilier en passant par l’industrie agroalimentaire ou encore l’agencement hôtelier. Résultat, Richbond Group est aujourd’hui l’un des fleurons de l’économie marocaine, avec un chiffre d’affaires consolidé de 1, 5 milliards de Dh. Le groupe emploie quelque 3000 collaborateurs en plus de 5400 emplois indirects, répartis entre 11 sites de production dont 1 en côte d’Ivoire. Soutenu par une cadence annuelle d’investissement de 50 MDH, le Groupe envisage également de transférer l’ensemble de ses activités industrielles vers deux nouveaux parcs intégrés dans la périphérie de Casablanca, pour un coût global de 700 millions de Dh, l’objectif étant d’optimiser les coûts de production afin d’améliorer sa compétitivité et sa réactivité sur le marché.
