Currently serving as General Manager of Soft Goods at Rossignol Group since June 2023, Liz previously held senior positions at Outdoor Research, where responsibilities included leading global product creation and modernizing brand merchandising strategies. Earlier roles included Vice President at Royal Robbins, where Liz reimagined product creation, and Oakley, where Liz unified product and visual merchandising for a global retail network. With a strong foundation established at The North Face and NIKE World Headquarters, Liz has consistently driven growth across diverse categories, leveraging a comprehensive background in consumer-focused innovation and cross-functional team leadership. Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandise Management from Oregon State University and a certificate in Art History and Italian Language from Scoula de Lingua e Cultura per Stanieri in Siena, Italy.
