Kelsey LeBlanc has accumulated diverse experience in benefits operations and management since joining Group Management Services, Inc. in July 2019, where Kelsey has held positions including Director of Benefits Operations, Benefits Implementation Manager, Benefit Implementation Specialist, and Member Benefits Specialist. Prior to this role, Kelsey served as General Manager at Luckys Cafe from November 2018 to May 2019 and worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Rutland Auto Group from November 2017 to November 2018. Kelsey began a career in customer experience, serving as Customer Experience Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from December 2015 to October 2017. Kelsey holds a degree in Conflict Resolution, Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Kent State University, awarded in 2015.
