Katharine Hellett

Katharine Hellett has a diverse work experience in human resources and benefits management. Katharine started their career as a Marketing & Public Relations Intern at Riverside Artists Gallery in 2014. Katharine then worked as an Administrative Assistant & Research Analyst at Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis in 2015. Katharine joined Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in 2015 as a Human Resources Assistant, where they were responsible for coordinating benefits and HR programs. Katharine later transitioned to the role of HR & Benefits Coordinator, overseeing benefit transitions for mergers and acquisitions. In 2017, they worked as a Contributing Writer at Fitt. In 2019, they joined Capristo International as an HR & Operations Manager, where they expanded the HRIS system and developed health benefits and retirement plans. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at TDB Communications, Inc. as an HR & Benefits Manager, where they led HRIS implementation and developed a long-term benefit strategy. Currently, they are a Senior Benefits Specialist at Grove Collaborative since 2023.

Katharine Hellett completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Marietta College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
