Naytri Sramek

Naytri Sramek currently serves as an Advisor at California Forever since April 2024 and as a member of the Board of Directors at Grove Collaborative, where Naytri chairs the Sustainability, Nominating & Governance Committee. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at GitHub from December 2018 to February 2023, and Head of Enterprise at Crew from September 2017 to May 2018. Naytri also held positions at Palantir Technologies as Business Development Lead and Product Manager, and worked at Code Advisors as an Investment Banking Associate, as well as at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. Naytri holds a degree in Business Economics from UCLA, with minors in Accounting and Global Studies.
