Rishya Pankaj Kapil currently serves as the Lead of Partnerships at Grow Indigo, having joined the company in January 2025. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at IFFCO Kisan Suvidha Limited and NATURE BIO FOODS, as well as a Senior Executive in Agri-Tech Development at IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Limited. Rishya's experience also encompasses leadership in marketing and consulting at CAPITEVA, where responsibilities included client marketing and conflict resolution. Additional contributions were made in event organization with Amity Youth Fest and as a Marketing Intern at NIRMAL SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, alongside a brief stint as a Media and Communication Coordinator for the Literary Club. Rishya holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Processing from Amity University.
