Catalina Rojas Monge

Catalina Rojas Monge has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and project management. Catalina worked at Growth Acceleration Partners as a Portfolio Management Director, where they were responsible for managing the bench team and developing programs to keep employees engaged. Prior to this role, they served as the Resources Allocation Manager, coordinating and determining the right people for the right projects. Catalina also worked as a Senior Delivery Manager & QA Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Catalina's early work experience includes roles as a Software Quality Engineer and Scrum Master at Growth Acceleration Partners, a Co-Administrator at TestingCR, an SQA Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, and an SQA Engineer and Software Developer Engineer at Softtek.

Catalina Rojas Monge completed their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica between 2004 and 2007. Catalina then pursued a degree in Computer System Engineering Licentiate with an emphasis on Technological Resources Management at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología from 2008 to 2009.
