Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Darby from 2000 to 2002. In 2007, Iris attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology for executive coaching, although they did not receive a formal degree in this program. Additionally, Iris obtained a certification in "The Step-By-Step Guide to Sharing Your Personal Story on LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
