Reut started their career at ManpowerGroup in 2013, where they worked as an Account Manager and Business Development Referent. Reut'sresponsibilities included addressing organizations to offer various services, managing the selling process, preparing candidates for interviews, and building customer networks. Reut then joined misterBIT in 2017 as a Strategic Account Manager, focusing on advanced web technologies and software development services. In 2018, Reut joined Tikal as an Account Manager, providing premium services in software development and achieving companies' desired goals. Reut then worked at Day.io as an SDR, contributing to time and attendance innovation. Currently, they are involved in Learning & Development Strategic Partnerships at GrowthSpace, where they leverage data-driven, measurable, and personalized solutions to help employees and teams achieve their professional goals and business KPIs.

Reut Natan obtained a B.A in social work from Sapir College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Consultation from The College of Management Academic Studies, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.
