Adit Gupta

Adit Gupta is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and user research. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Groww, India, Adit oversees a team of 20, focusing on enhancing the user experience across various product verticals. Previously, Adit held the position of Design Lead at Uber, where responsibilities included mentoring a design team and contributing to the development of significant products like Uber Bus. Prior experience includes roles at Flipkart as Design Team Lead, leading core experience designs, and Product Designer at Housing.com, where Adit was instrumental in launching key features such as the "Flatmates" service. Adit began the career at Ricoh USA, Inc. and holds a BTech in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar.
