Ashutosh Naik

Ashutosh Naik has extensive experience in compliance and company secretarial roles, having worked in various financial institutions in India. Currently, Ashutosh is the Chief Compliance Officer at Groww since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ashutosh held the position of Head - Compliance & Secretarial at IIFL Wealth for nearly 9 years. With a background in company secretarial work, Ashutosh has also worked at Principal Asset Management Private Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and IDBI Bank in senior positions. Ashutosh obtained a ACS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2001.
