Sujay Srungere is an experienced product owner and software engineer with a career spanning over 18 years in technology and product development. Currently at Growy as a Product Owner since May 2022, Sujay leads a self-organizing team in the development of a cloud-based SaaS product. Prior experience includes over nine years at Kverneland Group Mechatronics B.V., where Sujay successfully led teams to design and launch IoT software for fleet management and remote diagnostics, as well as contributing to key projects involving agricultural technologies. Additional roles at N200, Qalumma Technologies, and Torry Harris involved software development and engineering for visitor registration systems and telecom projects, respectively. Sujay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

We see a world that can still be won. This would be a place where the earth is not depleted and all proceeds are divided fairly. Tasty, healthy, and affordable food would be available for everyone. It would feature greener cities and more space for nature. We are cultivating this world through our Next-Level Farms, where we grow nutrients in the form of leafy greens, herbs, and microgreens in a climate-positive system. We control all Growy farms and houses from a central cockpit in Amsterdam where we have dashboards for everything – crop growth, technology, finances, etcetera. Data is collected, monitored, and adjusted. It’s the basis for health and dignity. We contribute to this right via a bag of affordable, tasty, and healthy leaves. Chef's Farm (www.chefsfarm.nl) is using our technology to grow the most delicious microgreens for many restaurants in and around Amsterdam, Kuwait and soon also Singapore!. 🥬
