Henrik Juul Nielsen

Henrik Juul Nielsen is an experienced leader in innovation and business development, currently serving as the Head of Innovation Lab and Director at GRUNDFOS since May 2011. In this role, Henrik drives radical innovation to enhance Grundfos' core business and develop new sustainable ventures, overseeing the Innovation Reception to stimulate ideation focused on customer value. Previous positions include Senior Manager for Technology & Innovation, Senior Project Manager for digital strategy, and Department Head for Insights, Discovery & Design, where Henrik enhanced user research methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at Vestas as a Global Technology Consultant and at Deloitte Business Consulting as a Consultant. Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School and additional qualifications in entrepreneurial leadership from DTU.
