Izhar Ul Hassan

Izhar ul Hassan is a seasoned Solutions Architect with extensive experience in IoT and data engineering, currently employed at GRUNDFOS since January 2025. Previously, Izhar served as IoT Platform Lead at Alfa Laval for over six years, where responsibilities included designing and implementing microservices-based IoT platforms and data pipelines. Izhar contributed to notable projects at Novo Nordisk as AWS Tech Lead for a predictive maintenance platform, as well as at IKEA and A.P. Moller - Maersk in various architecture and development roles. Professional experience spans across leading teams, optimizing data ingestion practices, and managing cloud services, notably in Azure and AWS environments. Izhar holds a Master's degree in Scientific Computing from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
