Pavle Kojić

Pavle Kojić is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at GRUNDFOS since August 2018. In this role, Pavle leads a dynamic team focused on supporting manufacturing sites and establishing standards for various operational areas such as maintenance, investments, and performance tracking. Prior to GRUNDFOS, Pavle worked at Tarkett from April 2014 to August 2018, contributing as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Process Engineer, where valuable expertise in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and large-scale manufacturing systems was gained. Earlier experience includes a role in the family business Plastika Eks, which involved LDPE extrusion and recycling, providing hands-on knowledge of operational challenges. Pavle holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, completed in 2013.
