Stefano Zamblera

Stefano Zamblera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the energy engineering sector. Currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Success and Digital Support at GRUNDFOS since September 2021, Stefano leads a team dedicated to optimizing the use of predictive maintenance services for rotating machines. Prior roles include Senior Reliability and Customer Success Manager, Customer Care Project Manager, Vibration Analyst, and Field Service Engineer at Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed project management, technical support, and performance analysis. Previous experience also includes working as an ORC Turbine Project Engineer at Exergy ORC and serving as a Laboratory Manager at Politecnico di Milano. Stefano holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and possesses a strong foundation in mechanical and thermal measurements.
