Stepan Toman

Stepan Toman is currently an AI/ML Developer at GRUNDFOS, participating in the Global Graduate program, which includes four rotations over two years. Prior roles at GRUNDFOS include Business Developer in HVAC and district cooling, Product Manager for small circulators, and Digital Marketing Strategist. Toman also has experience as a Business Partner at Nuzest Europe, where responsibilities included strategic development for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Additional experience includes a Machine Learning Master Thesis Project at Systematic, business development roles at Wild and Coco, and internships focused on water technology and bacterial measurement at Aarhus University and GRUNDFOS.
