Pär Johansson

Dr. Pär Johansson was born in Kiel, Germany, on 17 April 1966. After completing his certificate of secondary education, he served as a first-aid medic for the German Red Cross. He then studied law at universities in Bonn, Cologne and Paris. His training also included a stage in a law firm in San Francisco. In 1994, Dr. Johansson completed his PhD at the University of Cologne.

After joining the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in 1995, Dr. Johansson became a partner in 1999. In the past ten years, he has been one of the firm’s managing partners. Currently, he serves as the chief financial officer of the law firm. His previous responsibilities on the management board covered Human Resources and Information Technology (IT). Dr. Johansson has published work related to corporate law and inheritance law. His areas of expertise include corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Johansson also advises national and international clients on corporate law, acquisitions and restructuring activities.
