Jose Gabriel Calderon, CPA, MBA, CIA, CRMA, currently serves as SVP Global Internal Audit at Grupo Bimbo since September 2009, overseeing financial consolidation, internal control management across nine countries and a finance team of 150, with annual sales exceeding USD 500 million. Prior experience includes serving as Latin America Finance Manager for Maersk Brasil Brasmar, managing financial results across 15 countries and 25 business units, and various finance management roles within A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities spanned global business control and financial operations for logistics in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Jose's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from Universidad de Costa Rica, a Public Accounting degree from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, a Master's in Risk Management from EALDE Business School, and completion of the CFO Executive Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
