Pau Fuentes Lloveras has diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Monitor and Group Responsible at Fundació Privada Cim d'Estela. In 2006 and 2007, they held the role of a Monitor of the dining room and workshop at CENTRE D'EDUCACIO ESPECIAL FASIA SL. Starting in 2011, Pau worked as a Formador at Consell de Joventut de Barcelona for a few months. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Lawyer at BAa Advocats. At Think o'Clock, SL, Pau held the position of a Business Analyst Consultant from 2012 to 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Grupo Cant - Facility Services in Barcelona, a role they started in May 2019. In this position, Pau is responsible for managing and organizing the company's operations department, collaborating with executive partners to establish long-term business goals and strategies.
Pau Fuentes Lloveras holds an extensive education history. In 2010, Pau completed a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, Pau pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the same university.
In 2012, Pau enrolled in the I·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona and completed a Postgrau de Pràctica Jurídica, specializing in Jurídico.
Continuing in the legal field, Pau joined the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2013 for a Curs de Contractació Mercantil. This course focused on Derecho internacional financiero, mercantil y tributario.
In the same year, Pau began pursuing a Master's Degree in Derecho Laboral y de la Seguridad Social at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which was completed in 2015.
Looking to expand knowledge in the business domain, Pau entered the EADA Business School in 2017 and successfully attained a Master of Business Administration - MBA, specializing in Executive MBA, in 2019.
Finally, Pau's education journey continues with a Master's Degree in Business Intelligence and Big Data Analytics at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

Los orígenes se remontan a 1963 con la fundación de una pequeña empresa de limpieza llamada Hermanos Cant. Desde entonces ha experimentado un crecimiento en paralelo a su cartera de clientes, que incluyen algunos de los centros hospitalarios más importantes de Cataluña. El esfuerzo por cumplir con las necesidades de sus clientes hizo que tuvieran que diversificar sus servicios más allá de la limpieza, y comenzaron a ofrecer el conjunto de soluciones que hoy se conoce como Facility Services. Ha sido un largo camino, pero actualmente la empresa atiende a más de 500 clientes a través de una plantilla de 700 personas con una facturación que ronda los 12,5 millones anuales.
