Currently serving as Head of Growth Marketing at Grupo Carnaúba since January 2024, Bianca previously held the position of Gerente de Comunicação at Grupo SOMA, where significant budget reallocations led to enhanced brand visibility. Prior roles include leading strategic planning for Globo's Globoplay, achieving notable increases in package sales during the Tokyo Olympics, as well as managing engagement and CRM strategies during the BBB21 campaign. With a robust background in digital product marketing and brand management across various companies, including Inbrands and BRMALLS, Bianca's educational credentials include degrees in Marketing and Journalism from prominent institutions such as COPPEAD UFRJ and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
