Alex Nolte Alva is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as CFO Retail at Grupo Efe since October 2021. With extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, Alex held pivotal roles at Telefónica from September 1997 to October 2020, including CFO Perú, overseeing finance and management control for one of the largest companies in the country, and CFO Ecuador, driving financial strategy for a top mobile business. Additional positions include VP of Control de Gestión in Ecuador, where Alex managed various operational departments, and numerous roles in financial control and budgeting throughout the career. Alex holds an MBA from the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura and degrees in Contabilidad and Administración de Empresas from Universidad del Pacífico.
