Sara Baptista has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving at Grupo ETE since December 2016, where responsibilities include recruitment and selection, training management, corporate project development, and social responsibility. Prior roles include Technical Human Resources at Crown Holdings, Inc., and Administrative HR Manager at Multipessoal, focusing on curriculum screening, recruitment, temporary and outsourcing contract management, payroll processing, and client collaboration. Sara began their career as an HR Trainee at Talenter™, gaining foundational skills in recruitment, administrative management, and contract preparation. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidade do Algarve, a Master's in Occupational Safety and Health Management from ISEC, and a pedagogical training certification from Um meio de palavras.
