Aline Lorilene

Aline Lorilene has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Executive Manager and HRBP at GRUPO SBF since September 2020, after progressing through various HRBP roles. Previously, Aline worked at Alelo Brasil from 2010 to 2020, where responsibilities included HRBP Manager, focusing on strategic support for business areas and talent acquisition and selection. Aline's career also includes roles at Visa Vale and Smart Benefícios Ltda, beginning as an HR Analyst. Aline holds an MBA in Strategic Management of People from FGV and a certification in coaching from the Integrated Coaching Institute.
