Manuel Andrade, Agnello is a highly experienced QHSE professional with a career spanning over two decades in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as QHSE Manager at Oil & Gas since October 2017, responsibilities include supporting top management in defining safety roles and implementing HSE policies. Previously, Manuel held positions such as Operational Integrity HSE Manager at SGS and Health, Safety and Environment Manager at Schlumberger, where duties involved managing QHSE staff and coordinating comprehensive HSE programs. Additional roles included Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Mi Swaco and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator. Manuel holds multiple degrees from UC Irvine in project management and risk management, as well as other educational qualifications from Universidade de Belas and the University of Michigan.
