Omar Hernández

Omar Hernández is a seasoned professional in corporate training and development with extensive experience in designing and implementing strategic learning initiatives that align with organizational goals. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Triple-S since November 2020, Omar has successfully partnered with senior leadership to craft programs such as New Leader Orientation and led high-impact training initiatives, earning recognition from ATD Champion of Learning. Previously, Omar held the position of Universities & Learning Officer at Banco Santander Puerto Rico, where leadership programs were developed to address skill gaps and regulatory requirements. Earlier roles include Business Development Representative at Universia, Performance Management Coordinator at the University of Puerto Rico, and Part-time Professor at Universidad Ana G. Méndez. Omar holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from institutions within the University of Puerto Rico system.
