Oliver Coles is an experienced rugby professional currently serving as the Club Pathway Assistant and Girls U18 Lead Coach at Chester RUFC since September 2024. Simultaneously, Oliver works as a Rugby Engagement Officer for Grŵp Llandrillo Menai and as a Pathway Coach for Rygbi Gogledd Cymru, both since October and September 2022 respectively. Previous roles include Interim Head of Men’s Rugby, Men's Rugby Union 2nd XV Head Coach, Chief Financial Officer, and 2nd XV Captain at Bangor University from July 2020 to June 2024. Oliver's coaching background extends to junior and community levels with Clwb Rygbi Bangor, along with experience as a University Ambassador for The OddBalls Foundation and General Secretary of the Athletics Union at Undeb Bangor. Additionally, Oliver has culinary experience as a Chef De Partie at Dylan's Restaurant and as a Commis Chef at Bedford Arms, alongside working as an Activity Instructor at Phasels Wood Activity Centre. Educationally, Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Science from Bangor University.

It employs 2,000 staff and delivers courses to around 21,000 students, including over 1,500 higher education students, across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd.
