Tai Um has over three decades of experience in product engineering, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Engineering at GSI Technology since November 2008. Prior to this role, Tai Um held the position of Director of Product Engineering at AMIC Technology from April 1997 to October 2008, and served as Assistant Manager at Samsung Electronics from February 1992 to April 1997. Tai Um earned a Bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering from Hanyang University, completing the program between 1985 and 1992.
