Shiran Yaroslavsky is an experienced professional in product management and business development, currently serving as a Limited Partner at GTMfund since October 2024 and as the Senior Vice President of Product Management at SmartRecruiters, where responsibilities also included the role of VP of Product. Prior to these positions, Shiran held a notable role as Senior Director of Product - International Expansion at Upwork and served as VP of Product US at Hibob, where leadership of a cross-functional global team led to the successful launch of the first Cassiopeia-based product globally. As Co-Founder and CEO of Cassiopeia, Shiran developed technology to assist managers in leading teams effectively. Other professional experience includes positions at ironSource, Roundforest, S. Horowitz & Co., the Israeli Democratic Institute, and Adkit, along with a strong academic background, including an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and advanced degrees in Intellectual Property Law and Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
