Greg Bilous is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Euna Solutions since May 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating the transition of PowerPlan customers to Questica Budget and fostering strong customer relationships. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Questica, overseeing PowerPlan product activities and leading bug review meetings, as well as positions as an Application Support Specialist and Product Manager at Seradex and Method Integration, respectively. Greg Bilous began expertise development as a Configuration Analyst at Intelex Technologies and holds a BBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Brock University and a diploma in Web Development from Humber College.
