Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority
Travis Rohwedder is currently the Chief Water and Wastewater Operator at Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, and also works as a Floating Water Plant Operator. Additionally, Travis is the Owner/Operator of Texas Star Lighting and Lawn, providing services in Christmas, event, and landscape lighting as well as lawn care. With a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas State University, Travis has held various roles such as Operations Ranger, Laboratory Technician, Field Technician, Supervisor, and Wellness Coach emphasizing healthy living strategies.
Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority
GBRA provides stewardship for the water resources in its ten-county statutory district, which begins near the headwaters of the Guadalupe and Blanco Rivers, ends at San Antonio Bay, and includes Kendall, Comal, Hays, Caldwell, Guadalupe, Gonzales, DeWitt, Victoria, Calhoun and Refugio counties. Planning and resource development efforts are carefully coordinated within the broader consideration of regional and statewide water needs in order to fulfill GBRA's primary responsibilities of developing, conserving and protecting the water resources of the Guadalupe River Basin.
