Tony Searle, MSc, CISSP, PMP, CIPPC, ITIL has a wealth of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Before joining Lenovo, Tony worked at IBM Canada. Tony held the role of Operations Program Manager, overseeing a 500-seat Canadian Help Centre and providing data for IBM's Latin America Help Centre. Tony also worked as a Project Manager and was responsible for quality assurance, cost controls, training, and project management.
