Stephen Roche

Stephen Roche is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various companies. Currently serving as CFO and Advisor at Supporting Strategies, and as Fractional CFO and Advisor at Reframe Systems and Guardian Agriculture since February 2024, Stephen has a solid background as Chief Financial Officer at Marco Rubber & Plastics from December 2020 to February 2024. Prior experience includes pivotal positions such as VP of Finance at RightHand Robotics, Inc. and Director of Finance at Locus Robotics. Stephen's career also encompasses significant roles at Amazon Robotics, including Senior Finance Manager, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Cost Accounting Manager. Previous experience features Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst roles at Leonardo DRS and a Financial Analyst position at Textron. Stephen holds a B.A. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
