Kyla Woodfield

Kyla Woodfield is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the National Volume Talent Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Guardian Childcare & Education since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kyla worked at Randstad from January 2016 to May 2021, holding positions such as Principal Consultant, Team Leader, Senior Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant, focusing on permanent recruitment within the Early Years sector across Queensland.
