Dana Geiser

Dana Geiser is a seasoned benefits management professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Benefits Manager for Health, Welfare and Wellness Programs at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America since July 2012, Dana has developed expertise in employee benefits. Prior to this role, Dana worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Avon from November 2009 to June 2012, and earlier as a Benefit Associate at Willis from September 2007 to November 2009. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Human Resources from the University at Buffalo, graduated in 2007.
