Jonathan Renfrew

Jonathan Renfrew serves as the Vice President of Federal Affairs at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America since November 2011. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Director of Government Law & Strategies at Brown Rudnick from October 2008 to November 2011. From January 1997 to October 2008, Jonathan worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, first as Chief of Staff for Congressman John B. Larson and then as Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Barbara B. Kennelly. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in Anthropology and English from the University of Connecticut. Educational background also includes attendance at Choate Rosemary Hall.
