Kulvinder Arora

Kulvinder Arora is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Sr. Analyst in Training and Technical Enablement at Guardian Life since April 2023. Previously, Kulvinder worked as a Learning Experience Architect at Infopro Learning, Inc., focusing on design thinking methodologies and crafting learning solutions across various domains including healthcare and software. Kulvinder also held roles as Lead Instructional Designer & Strategist at Write IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Instructional Design Analyst at NIIT Ltd., demonstrating expertise in the full development lifecycle of both web-based and classroom training. Kulvinder began the career as an Instructional Designer at Vidyatech and also gained experience as a Trainee in Systems Design at NIIT. Educational qualifications include an MCA in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a GNIIT in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Delhi University.
