Phu O is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and application support, currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering & Application Support for Group Benefits at Guardian Life since November 2013, overseeing the 24x7 operations of over 120 applications across a diverse technology stack. Prior to this role, Phu held positions as Director of Software Engineering at Guardian Life, as well as Application Support Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, and various roles at Mars Information Services and Computer Sciences Corporation, which included responsibilities in application support, systems analysis, and development. Phu holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
