Pramod Kondapally

Pramod Kondapally is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application security and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Application Security Architect at Guardian Life since July 2025, Pramod previously held various roles at Sapiens from April 2016 to July 2025, including Enterprise Architect (Security) and Technical Lead. Earlier experience includes a Programmer Analyst position at HCL Global Systems Inc and an Associate Delivery Manager role at Tech Mahindra, consulting for Apple Inc. Pramod also contributed significantly to Polaris Financial Technology Limited in various managerial and development capacities from April 2006 to July 2012, and began the career as a Software Engineer at Mastek Ltd. Pramod Kondapally holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Amity University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vasavi College of Engineering.
