Rajwinder Sharma

Rajwinder Sharma is a highly experienced database professional with a strong background in database engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Database Engineer at Guardian Life since November 2024, Rajwinder previously held the role of Senior Database Administrator at LTIMindtree from August 2016 to November 2024, where responsibilities included the management of Guy Carpenter's core databases and supporting systems. Prior experience includes positions at IBM and TCS as a Senior Oracle Database Engineer, and as an Oracle Database Administrator at Capgemini. Rajwinder holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh Engineering College, obtained in May 2010.
