Pete Chilano

Pete Chilano has extensive experience in the field operations and management industry. Pete worked at Guardian Protection as the Director of Field Operations starting in 2023. Prior to that, they spent a significant amount of time at ADT, where they held various roles. At ADT, they served as the General Operations Manager from February 2012 to October 2023. Pete was also the Group General Manager from January 2020 to February 2022 and the Branch General Manager from May 2017 to January 2020. In addition, they worked as the District Sales Manager from September 2013 to May 2017. Before their tenure at ADT, Chilano was the General Manager/Owner of a Quiznos Restaurant from May 2006 to April 2013.
