Yung Joon Jung

Yung Joon Jung is a highly experienced professional in the fields of materials science and engineering, currently serving as Co-Founder at Guardion since December 2017. In addition to this entrepreneurial role, Yung Joon Jung has contributed to academia as a Professor and Associate Professor at Northeastern University since August 2005. Previous to these roles, Yung Joon Jung worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from April 2003 to June 2005. Yung Joon Jung holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy from Inha University, completed in 1999.
