Jashi McPhilemy possesses extensive experience in risk management and fraud prevention across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager at GUAVAPAY since May 2021, Jashi has held multiple roles such as Risk and Fraud Manager and Fraud and Chargebacks Manager. Previous positions include Risk Manager at Pay360 by Capita, and Senior Risk Manager at Pixxles, among others. Jashi's background includes significant responsibilities in client fraud management, compliance reviews, KYC and AML processes, and the implementation of fraud prevention measures. Jashi began a career in fraud and risk management at HSBC Merchant Services, progressing through roles that involved customer service leadership, police liaison, and collections. Jashi's education includes attendance at Newbold Grange High School Rugby.
