Stephane Schryburt

Stephane Schryburt has worked in various roles since 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they served as Director of Operations for Sitel. From 2007 to 2012, they were Vice President of Strategic Development for Gexel Telecommunications, where they were responsible for all operations and client acquisitions for over 1000 call center agents across the province. From 2012 to 2014, they were Vice President of Sales and Service for Luxury Retreats, managing and developing over 100 reservation managers and concierge staff. From 2014 to 2015, they were Vice President of Guest Experience for Rental Escapes, developing the company's sales strategies and processes and building strategic partnerships with major travel and vacation rental websites. From 2015 to 2019, they were Co-Founder and Managing Director for Personal Villas, launching the company in September 2015 with 50 properties and developing the company's portfolio to over 800 properties. Since 2013, they have also been running Stephane Schryburt Consulting, helping organizations connect with their customers and focus on what matters to them.

Stephane Schryburt graduated from Cégep Édouard-Montpetit in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, having studied there from 1996 to 1999.
