Douglas Green

Douglas Green is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Guggenheim Partners, Douglas supports Guggenheim Securities by overseeing vendor contracts and providing legal guidance on various HR and consulting agreements. Previously, Douglas held positions including Managing Director where technology acquisition strategies were developed, and Corporate Development/Counsel at RampRate Sourcing Advisors, where a wide range of legal matters were managed, focusing on compliance with data privacy and corporate governance. Additional experience includes Senior Counsel roles at MetLife and Merrill Lynch, with a strong emphasis on negotiating technology agreements and transactions. Douglas holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law, an MA in National Security Policy Studies, and a BA in International Affairs, both from The George Washington University.
