Louie Celiberti is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering, system integration, and digital transformation across financial services. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Software Engineering at Guggenheim Partners, Louie has successfully led the modernization of enterprise compliance processes and the integration of various applications to streamline operations. Previously, Louie held leadership roles at Guggenheim Securities, Guggenheim Alternative Assets Management, Mobilocity, Financial Sciences Corporation, and HSBC Securities, where outstanding achievements included scaling a broker-dealer, managing high-stakes application developments, and pioneering innovative engineering strategies. Louie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
