Esther Rios

Esther Rios, MPS-HRM, currently serves as a Manager at Guidehouse since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Capital Project Manager at FYI - For Your Information, Inc. and Senior Human Capital Consultant at IT Concepts, Inc., where Esther advised clients on long-term hiring strategies and established workforce analysis initiatives. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Esther designed and managed an internship program and created onboarding process maps. Esther's experience also encompasses recruitment at the United States Department of Defense, where strategic guidance for mass-hiring events was provided, and employee relations investigations at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Esther began a career in human resources with educational support roles at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia and as an HR Generalist at Corporate Consulting, Inc. Esther holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
