Mike Yarger

Mike Yarger has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Claims Quality and Compliance Manager at GuideOne Insurance since 2000, where responsibilities include overseeing the work of Quality Assurance Analysts and managing file audits for various types of insurance claims. Previously, Yarger held the position of Claim/Litigation Supervisor at Pafco Insurance from 1998 to 2000, supervising adjusters in non-standard auto insurance. Prior to that, Yarger worked at Guaranty National Insurance (1996-1998) as Claim Supervisor/Branch Manager, where the focus was on training staff and ensuring compliance in handling non-standard auto claims. Yarger's career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 1986 to 1996 as a Claim Adjuster and later as Claim Supervisor, specializing in workers compensation and casualty claims. Yarger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Valley State University, obtained in 1984.
