Helen Ha Ngoc Thu Hien

Helen Ha Ngoc Thu Hien has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Helen began their career in 2011 as a Summer Intern in the Planning and Sales Department at Vietnam Mobile Telecommunication Service. In 2012, they served as a Summer Intern in Total Reward Analysis at Aon Hewitt and later as a Winter Intern in Marketing Research Analysis at Asia Insight. Helen also worked as a Student Consultant at UOB-SMU Entrepreneurship Alliance Center (USEA) during the same year.

Hien joined Visa Worldwide in 2013 as a Summer Analyst in Visa Consulting and Analytics. Helen then worked at ORC International from 2014 to 2017 as a Senior Analyst, where they managed and delivered market research projects in various sectors. Their quality work led to receiving referrals from clients.

In 2017, Hien joined Research Partnership as a Senior Research Executive, responsible for managing healthcare market research projects and developing proposals to win new projects.

In 2018, Hien joined Guidepoint as an Associate in Client Service, where they facilitated telephone consultations between subject-matter experts and institutional clients. Helen ensured smooth operations and compensation for the experts' time. Helen later advanced to the role of Research Manager, Client Service, and later as an Associate Project Manager. In their current position as a Project Manager, they prospectes and onboards new experts and manages relationships with existing consulting clients in Asia.

Throughout their career, Hien has excelled in project management, client management, and delivering high-quality results.

Helen Ha Ngoc Thu Hien's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Hanoi-Amsterdam, where they pursued a degree in English. Helen completed their studies there in 2009. In the same year, they briefly attended Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam, where they studied International Economics and Commerce.

Helen then went on to study at Singapore Management University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
