Kerin Lin is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in various areas of law, particularly employment, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Guidepoint since October 2015, Kerin has previously held positions at Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where responsibilities included defending Fortune 50 companies in complex litigation and conducting legal research for compliance with employment and antitrust laws.
